About the Position:
Our department focuses on the development of in-vehicle systems (e.g., Cluster Meter, HMI domain controllers, Body Control Modules), including next-generation platforms.
This role is responsible for leading cross-functional engineering projects and ensuring successful delivery through strong coordination with OEMs, suppliers, internal teams, and overseas R&D.
This is a highly rewarding role that requires managing complex technical projects, driving execution, and ensuring alignment between all stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities will be:

Project execution and full lifecycle management of in-vehicle systems (Cluster Meter, HMI domain controllers, Body Control Modules, etc.)

Manage and track overall project schedule and milestones (from development to SOP)
-
Manage and control all project issues, including risk identification, escalation, and resolution
-
Track and manage engineering workload and resource allocation across functions
-
Coordinate with OEMs regarding project status, development schedules, cost, and technical issues

Daily communication and alignment with Engineering Leaders and Engineering Team Members (System, SW, HW, Mechanics. Optics, Validation)
-
Coordination with external partners, suppliers, and overseas development bases (Japan, India, China, North America, Europe, etc.)

Ensure alignment between Customer Program Management (CPM) and engineering execution
-
Support customer communication on technical topics and project progress

Ensure compliance with development processes (e.g., ASPICE, V-cycle)

What Qualifications you will bring:

・Experience in automotive system or software development (minimum 5 years)

・Experience in project management or technical coordination roles
-
・Japanese (for communication with customer)

・English (for global communication)
Other skills that we would welcome:

・Experience managing ECU or system-level projects (Cluster Meter, HMI domain, body electronics, etc.)

・Knowledge of automotive development processes (ASPICE, V-model)

・Experience working with Japanese OEMs

・Experience working with global/offshore teams
