Role Overview:
- The Technical Project Coordinator is responsible for the planning, coordination, and monitoring of
- technical activities across cross-functional automotive projects, ensuring delivery in line with scope,
- quality, and timeline objectives.
- In addition, the role contributes to requirements engineering activities, ensuring that system and software
- requirements are clearly defined, properly managed, and consistently implemented throughout the
- development lifecycle, in compliance with Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate technical activities across software, hardware, and testing teams
- Monitor progress against milestones, deliverables, and KPIs
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies
- Support project planning, estimation, and resource alignment
- Facilitate technical and design reviews and meetings
- Act as a technical interface between teams, management, and customers
- Support requirements engineering activities including elicitation and structuring
- Maintain requirements in a requirements management tool
- Ensure traceability between requirements, design, and validation
- Support impact analysis and change management
- Ensure alignment between requirements, solutions, and validation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical field
- Experience in Automotive
- 5+ years experience in automotive or embedded systems
- Experience in technical coordination or project support
- Exposure to requirements engineering
- Experience with a requirements management tool
- Advanced English skills
