Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Technical Manager role, based in the Hanoi Capital Region. The Technical Manager will lead key technical projects and oversee engineering operations. Responsibilities include managing teams, providing technical support, driving research and development initiatives, overseeing project management activities, and ensuring the successful execution of customer solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate systems, data, and processes
- Proficiency in Team Management, including guiding and mentoring team members
- Experience in providing Technical Support for complex systems and products
- Knowledge and expertise in Research and Development (R&D) and innovation activities
- Proven ability in Project Management, from planning to execution
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field
- Understanding of the automotive or vocational education industry is a plus
