该职位来源于猎聘 职位概述 Position Overview: 我们诚聘一位专业能力扎实、经验丰富的技术功能负责人，主导高级驾驶辅助系统人机交互界面功能的全流程开发工作。 We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Function Owner to lead the end-to-end development of ADAS UIUX features. 在本岗位中，你将担任所负责功能模块的技术权威，指导功能从概念设计阶段，到开发、集成直至问题解决的全生命周期。 In this role, you will act as the technical authority for your assigned features—guiding them from concept through development, integration, and issue resolution. 理想候选人需具备优秀的系统思维能力、出色的利益相关方协调能力，并能在复杂的汽车电子业务环境中，主动开展问题解决工作。 The ideal candidate will possess strong systems thinking, excellent stakeholder coordination, and a proactive approach to problem-solving within a complex automotive electronics environment. 核心工作职责 Key Responsibilities: – 功能定义与统筹领导：深入理解功能需求，主导概念研讨工作。 Feature Definition & Leadership: Gain a deep understanding of feature requirements and lead concept discussions. – 平衡技术局限性、设计约束、产品复杂度与市场敏感度，制定可行且稳健的解决方案。 Balance technical limitations, design constraints, product complexity, and market sensitivities to define feasible and robust solutions. – 系统接口与集成分析：全面分析功能对各电子控制单元的接口影响。 System Interface & Integration Analysis: Thoroughly analyze interface impacts across different ECUs. – 识别各项依赖关系，负责所有相关接口与信号的定义、规范制定及说明澄清工作。 Identify dependencies and be responsible for defining, specifying, and clarifying all related interfaces and signals. – 落地实施跟踪与风险管理：监控并推动所负责功能的落地实施，在开发与集成全流程中主动识别并规避风险。 Implementation Tracking & Risk Management: Monitor and drive the implementation of assigned features. Proactively identify and mitigate risks throughout the entire development and integration chain. – 问题管理与根本原因分析：跟踪、调查并解决与功能相关的各类问题，主导开展全面的根本原因分析，并推动落地长效的纠正措施。 Issue Management & Root Cause Analysis: Track, investigate, and resolve feature-related issues. Lead thorough root cause analyses and drive the implementation of permanent corrective actions. – 利益相关方与需求管理：管理功能需求，制定详细的实施计划；高效协调内外部所有利益相关方，确保各方目标一致，保障项目顺利执行。 Stakeholder & Requirements Management: Manage feature requirements, develop detailed implementation plans, and effectively coordinate with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project execution. 必备任职要求 Required Skills & Qualifications: – 技术基础：掌握基础软件编程知识，能够理解并澄清软件接口及信号定义。 Technical Foundation: Basic software coding knowledge sufficient to understand and clarify software interfaces and signal definitions. – 沟通与协作能力：具备出色的沟通能力，能够与本地及全球跨职能团队（如软件、硬件、测试、产品管理团队）高效协作，且有相关实践佐证。 Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional local and global teams (e.g., SW, HW, Testing, Product Management). – 逻辑分析与数据流能力：拥有优秀的逻辑思维和分析能力，具备数据流分析经验，能够处理复杂的系统交互问题。 Logical Analysis & Data Flow: Strong logical thinking and analytical skills, with experience in data flow analysis and handling complex system interactions. – 自动驾驶人机交互界面专业能力：具备处理、澄清并定义自动驾驶人机交互界面需求的相关经验。 AD HMI Expertise: Experience in handling, clarifying, and defining requirements for Autonomous Driving Human-Machine Interface (HMI). – 多任务处理与优先级规划能力：能够在快节奏的开发环境中，高效管理多项并行工作并合理规划工作优先级。 Multitasking & Prioritization: Ability to manage multiple parallel tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced development environment. – 问题解决能力：主动解决问题，能够通过结构化方法分析复杂技术难题并提供解决方案。 Problem-Solving: A proactive problem-solver with a structured approach to analyzing complex technical challenges and delivering solutions. – 抗压能力：能够在紧迫的交付期限和工作压力下，保持专注、高效的工作状态，同时注重工作细节。 Resilience Under Pressure: Ability to remain focused, productive, and detail-oriented under tight deadlines and pressure. – 英语能力：具备英语专业工作精通水平，听说读写能力俱佳。 English Proficiency: Full professional working proficiency in English (both written and spoken). 优先任职要求 Preferred Qualifications: – 拥有汽车行业从业经验，有车载电子或系统工程相关领域工作经历者优先。 Professional experience within the automotive industry, preferably in vehicle electronics or systems engineering. – 拥有高级驾驶辅助系统或自动驾驶领域的直接从业经验。 Direct experience in Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems (ADAS) or Autonomous Driving domains. – 具备项目管理相关经验。 Project management experience. – 拥有强烈的探索欲，能够开展深度技术研究工作。 A strong sense of curiosity and the ability to conduct deep-dive technical research. – 表现出优秀的自主学习能力，拥有强烈的职业发展驱动力。 Demonstrated self-learning capability and a strong drive for professional growth. – 工作细致、注重细节，同时具备耐心，拥有严谨、负责的职业操守。 Meticulous attention to detail combined with patience and a thorough, responsible work ethic.
