Power Lube is an authorized distributor of ExxonMobil products in Egypt with over 35 years of experience. They supply a full range of high-performance Mobil lubricants covering automotive, agricultural, industrial, marine lubricants and greases, and technical services.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Field Engineer located in Cairo, Egypt. The Technical Field Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, providing technical support to customers, field service, and customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Field service experience
- Knowledge of lubricants and related services is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working with OEMs is a plus

Job Requirements
• Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Petroleum, Petrochemicals or Chemical Engineering).
• Technical experience from industry and Technical Sales experience (preferably)
• Excellent command of English (Verbal and Written)
• Working Knowledge of MS Office
• Working Knowledge of ERP System
• Must own a car
