Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing high-volume recruitment campaigns to attract, assess, and hire qualified candidates within agreed timelines. The role involves coordinating with hiring managers, recruitment agencies, and candidates to ensure an efficient recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end bulk recruitment for multiple positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, recruitment agencies, referrals, and social media.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide recruitment updates.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume roles.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate overseas recruitment activities with agencies and ensure required documentation is complete.
- Prepare job advertisements and post vacancies on relevant platforms.
- Track recruitment KPIs and prepare recruitment reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment procedures.
- Support onboarding activities and maintain accurate recruitment records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with strong exposure to bulk/high-volume recruitment.
- Experience recruiting for blue-collar, technical, or operational roles is preferred.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work under tight deadlines.
