In this varied role you’ll be responsible for overseeing and developing a team of six people in the logistics and supply chain department. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for key customers, manage third-party carriers and freight partners, and oversee daily warehouse activities from the office.
This role would suit a Supply Chain Manager Manager from an international supply chain and shipping background, looking to work for a rapidly growing company offering a clear path to Directorship.
The Role:
- Key point of contact for customers, oversee transportation operations, manage shipments, and oversee the onsite logistics department.
- Drive logistical process improvements and monitor key logistic KPIs.
- Office based role managing a team of 6 people – Monday to Friday – 40 hours.
The Person:
- Manager from a supply chain, transportation, or international shipping background.
- International shipping and warehouse operations experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to train and support cross-functional teams
