Job Description

  • Develop and execute the overall supply chain and logistics strategy, aligning operational priorities with business objectives and long-term growth plans.
  • Lead warehousing and distribution operations to ensure optimal inventory management, efficient workflows, on-time delivery, workplace safety, and best-in-class customer service.
  • Drive procurement and strategic sourcing initiatives, including supplier management, contract negotiations, cost optimization, and purchasing process improvements.
  • Oversee end-to-end supply chain activities covering demand planning, inventory control, import/export operations, transportation management, and product availability.
  • Enhance customer service performance by improving order fulfillment processes, reducing lead times, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction across all touchpoints.
  • Build organizational capability by developing talent, fostering a high-performance culture, coaching leaders, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders on strategic projects, operational excellence programs, and cross-functional business initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or a related function, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong expertise in supply chain management, warehousing, transportation, procurement, inventory control, and customer service operations.
  • Proven leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and people development capabilities, with experience managing large and diverse teams.
  • Highly analytical, results-driven, and strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
