Job Description / Responsibility
Job Context
ACI Motors Limited is one of the fastest-growing concerns of ACI Limited, operating with a diversified product portfolio including Agri Machineries, Yamaha Motorcycles, Infrastructural Equipment, CEAT Tire, Foton Commercial Vehicles and Diesel Generators. To support its growing business operations, ACI Motors is looking for a competent professional for the position of Supply Chain Analyst.
Principal Accountabilities are:
- Analyze in depth Distribution expenses data from the P&L.
- Analyze stock movement, demand pattern and inventory trend to maintain optimal inventory and reduce overstocking.
- Develop, maintain and automate dashboards and visual reports including Inventory, Cash Management, Compliance and Operational process.
- Develop and implement improvement initiatives for operational excellence.
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and recommend improvement initiatives.
- Conduct gap analysis of SCM operations and identify process inefficiencies.
- Work with cross-functional departments for smooth operation.
- Generate reports, presentation and share with related personnel based on requirement.
- Be ready to travel across the country.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor or management.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)
- Bachelor of Science (BSc)
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or any relevant discipline from a reputed university.
- Skills Required: Microsoft Excel, Communication and interpersonal skill, Analytical Skill
Experience Requirements
- At most 3 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Manufacturing (FMCG),Wholesale,Food (Packaged)/Beverage,Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM),Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances,Group of Companies,Chemical Industries,Automobile,Paint,Toiletries
