- Monitor and optimize processes incoming goods
- Optimize quantities of incoming goods
- Data entries in ERP system
- Ensure data accuracy (stocks, bill of material and planning figures)
- Supervise delivery dates
- Ensure 100% availability of material or delivery plan
- Ensure minimal cost of transportation and avoid obsolete material
- Balance material availability, inventory turns and freight
- Inventory control and management, optimizing of inventories
- Forecast planning capacities and materials (in-house, suppliers)
- Discuss supply / transport plan with logistics service provider (operational level)
- In case of hard cut part number changes: Drive run-out planning, clean supply chain, prepare eventual claims towards customer
- Steering of SOPs in collaboration to other departments / suppliers

Communication with suppliers, initiate special transportation, planning of inventory, clarify debit balances
Specific Requirements:
- Bachelor´s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years in dealing with supplier in logistics preferred gained in the automotive industry
- good PC-Skills (Word, Excel, MS Project)
- good English skills written and verbal
