Role Description
This full-time remote role as a Store Network Development Manager will focus on driving the growth of PICKUP COFFEE's store network. Responsibilities include identifying and securing new store locations, building relationships with key stakeholders, analyzing market trends to inform strategic decisions, managing store development projects, and supporting network expansion initiatives. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Network Development and building strategic partnerships
- Strong Provider Relations and relationship management skills
- Excellent Analytical Skills, with the ability to evaluate market trends and data
- Proficiency in Sales and business development strategies
- Project Management expertise to oversee and execute multiple development initiatives
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlines
- Experience in retail or coffee industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
