Role Description: This full-time, on-site Store Assistant role is based at the flagship showroom and Logistics Centre in Malabe. The Store Assistant will support daily store operations, including receiving, checking, and organizing vehicle parts and accessories, maintaining accurate inventory records, and assisting with stock replenishment. The role involves coordinating with sales and service teams to ensure timely availability of items, preparing basic documentation, and keeping storage areas clean, safe, and well-arranged. The Store Assistant will also help respond to internal and external inquiries, provide courteous support to customers and colleagues, and follow company procedures for store security and quality standards. Training will be provided, and the position is suitable for freshers seeking to start a career in the automotive sector.
Responsibilities:
- Updating of stock inventories
- Conduct monthly and weekly stock counts
- Parts purchase planning & parts delivery
Qualifications:
- G.C.E O/L qualification are mandatory
- School Leavers are encouraged to apply
- Knowledge in Microsoft packages
- Valid Driving License
