Our Driver & Series Portfolio
We match brands with the right level of exposure, audience, and budget. Our inventory spans the motorsports ladder:
National Level: Porsche Sprint Challenge, IMSA-support series, and other premier national platforms.
Regional Level: Spec Boxster in the Lucky Dog Racing League, regional sports car, and touring car series.
Development/Karting: Emerging talent programs, including youth karting champions on the rise.
The Role
We are seeking a self-motivated Sponsorship Sales Specialist to identify, pitch, and close brand partnerships across our driver roster. You will own the full sales cycle: prospecting, proposal creation, negotiation, and relationship management.
Your Advantage:
You aren't selling blind exposure. You have access to our proprietary tracking data, allowing you to show potential partners exactly how their investment performs across digital and physical channels. This technology is a tool to help you close sponsorship deals faster. It is not a separate product you are required to sell, however it is a great way to earn predictable passive income throughout the entire year.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect & Qualify: Identify brands whose target audience aligns with motorsports fans, automotive enthusiasts, or local/regional communities.
- Custom Proposals: Build tailored sponsorship packages using our tiered inventory (national, regional, local) and driver assets (car decals, social content, appearances, hospitality).
- Leverage Technology: Utilize our internal tracking capabilities to demonstrate potential ROI and validate performance during pitch meetings.
- Close Deals: Negotiate terms, secure contracts, and coordinate fulfillment with our operations team.
- Retain & Grow: Nurture partner relationships to drive renewals, upgrades, and multi-year commitments based on performance data.
- Collaborate: Work with our drivers and the operations team to activate partnerships and deliver reporting.

Motorsports Knowledge: You understand racing audiences, activation opportunities, and how to translate track exposure into brand value.
Hunter Mentality: You thrive on commission-only structures and are disciplined about pipeline management.
Communication Skills: You can craft compelling pitches, present confidently, and follow through professionally.
Data-Comfortable: You are confident discussing metrics, impressions, and ROI with marketing directors (training provided on our specific tracking tools).
Compensation & Perks (1099)
Commission %: Earn a significant percentage of every sponsorship dollar you close.
Residual Potential: Negotiate multi-year deals and earn on renewals or sign customers up to our SignalFive Platform.
Access: Pit credentials, event invites, and direct access to drivers for client activations.
Tools Provided: Media kits, rate cards, CRM access, proposal templates, and ROI tracking reports to support your sales process.

What Success Looks Like
- You close 3-5 new sponsorship partners per quarter across any combination of national, regional, or local tiers.
- You maintain a healthy, growing pipeline of qualified prospects.
