Why This Role Matters

As a Specialist, Reporting Network & Service, you will support the growth, efficiency, and quality of Goodyear Fleet Services through performance monitoring, reporting, network development, and compliance oversight. By transforming operational data into actionable insights, you will help drive strategic decision-making, improve service quality, and support the continuous expansion of our service partner network.

What You'll Do

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports covering network growth, service performance, operational efficiency, and compliance metrics.
  • Monitor key performance indicators such as retreading percentage, fitment rate, cost per vehicle, regrooving activity, partner performance, and SLA adherence, ensuring accurate tracking and analysis.
  • Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting to management, delivering actionable insights that support business decisions and operational improvements.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems while identifying opportunities to automate and streamline reporting processes.
  • Support network expansion initiatives by analyzing service demand, fleet growth trends, geographic coverage, and the onboarding performance of new service partners.
  • Measure and evaluate the impact of new service offerings, digital solutions, and operational improvement initiatives through data-driven analysis.
  • Monitor service quality standards and contractual compliance, identify performance gaps, recommend corrective actions, and support audit readiness through standardized reporting reviews.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into business recommendations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong knowledge of reporting and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Experience working with large datasets, KPI monitoring, dashboard development, and performance reporting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate insights to both operational teams and management.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with a continuous improvement approach and an interest in fleet operations, network management, service quality, and business performance optimization.
