Job Description / Responsibility
ACI Motors Limited is looking for a Spare Parts Officer for its Yamaha Service Center, Gazipur, who will be responsible for managing spare parts sales, inventory control, stock availability, and overall parts operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving shipped, Transfer & local products and input at DMS accurately & timely.
- Ensure on time invoicing at Spare Parts SDMS (According to Portfolio) and arrangement delivery to the customer end.
- Receive payment, notify and adjust against invoice timely.
- Ensure spare parts stock availability according to demand and keep data of back order and ensure these back order’s stock communicating with respective HO personnel.
- Ensure proper documentations (like invoice/approval copy) for further clarifications.
- Communicate with warehouse team and service staff to boost up sales.
- Provide monthly stock reconciliation report & payment slip to Head Office within schedule time.
- Ensure procurement-related activities.
- Generate proper market information.
- Submit all scheduled reports and expense bills on time.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Diploma
- Skills Required: Communication, Interpersonal relationship, Analytical Skill, Negotiation
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 4 year(s)
