Responsibilities
- Develop and implement after-sales business strategy.
- Lead the after-sales team and achieve KPIs.
- Manage parts business development, warehouse operations, and maintain stock fill rate.
- Oversee warranty budget development, process implementation, and TechHub management.Handle dealer technical support requests and customer claims.
- Implement RSA and goodwill programs, minimizing buybacks.
- Manage after-sales business through dealer networks and control spare parts/accessories plans.
- Lead spare parts homologation processes and work with homologation authorities.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or higher; proficient in English with excellent writing skill
- s.Minimum 5 years of experience in overseas business operation
- s.Familiarity with automotive sales and operational procedure
- s.Willingness to undertake frequent overseas travel
