Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Software Quality Assurance Manager, based in Taoyuan City with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The role involves overseeing quality assurance processes, managing test plans and strategies, and ensuring software development standards are maintained. The manager will collaborate closely with development teams to identify issues, implement improvements, and ensure high-quality deliverables. Additional responsibilities include mentoring team members and contributing to the overall enhancement of QA practices.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Quality Assurance and Software Quality Assurance techniques
- Experience in creating and managing Test Strategies and Test Management processes
- Working knowledge of Software Development practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Leadership experience in managing QA teams and driving process improvements
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to adapt to hybrid working environments
- Experience in the technology or IT services industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Automotive background is a plus
