SMT LINE TECHNICIAN

We have an immediate job opening for a SMT LINE TECHNICIAN at our Clarkesville, GA location. We offer a complete benefits package. Work Schedule
Monday – Thursday, 6:30 am – 5:00 pm.
Responsibilities
· Set up, program, and monitor SMT equipment.
· Perform daily production support.
· Troubleshoot and maintain equipment to minimize downtime.
· Ensure quality standards are met through inspections and quality checks.
· Maintain feeders and other tools used in the process.
· Oversee the daily operations of SMT production lines.
· Supervise and manage SMT technicians and operators.
· Ensure production schedules are met and coordinate activities to achieve targets.
· Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
· Ensure compliance with safety standards.
Requirements
· Experience working as a technician in a manufacturing environment.
· Ability to read and understand technical manuals and drawings.
· High school diploma required. Education or certification in Engineering or related field preferred.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Strong communication and organizational skills.
