🏢 About the Opportunity
A reputed EV Automobile Trading Company in Kathmandu is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused, and result-oriented Showroom Sales Officers to support sales and customer engagement for a diverse portfolio of Electric Vehicles (EVs).
This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a proactive sales mindset, and the ability to provide an excellent showroom experience while converting customer inquiries into successful sales.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers and visitors in a professional and engaging manner
- Provide detailed product information, including features, benefits, and specifications of EV vehicles
- Conduct and manage vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and lead conversion effectively
- Prepare quotations and proposals, supporting the sales closing process
- Maintain accurate records of showroom visits, leads, and customer data
- Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and service teams for seamless operations
- Ensure high standards of customer service and showroom presentation at all times
✅ Candidate Requirements
Core Requirements
- Minimum 1–3+ years of experience in sales (preferably showroom, automobile, retail, or service industry)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Nepali
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong persuasion and selling ability
- Smart, presentable, and professional personality
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Mandatory Requirement
- ✅ Valid 4-Wheeler Driving License (required for test drive management and customer demonstrations)
Preferred Profile
- Experience in automobile / EV / consumer durable sales
- Exposure to showroom-based retail sales and customer handling
- Basic understanding of vehicle features or willingness to learn quickly
