Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and responsible Showroom In-Charge to oversee daily operations of our automobile showroom. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning, manage the sales team, and deliver an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day showroom operations
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement
- Manage inventory display and coordination with the warehouse
- Prepare sales reports and maintain records
- Coordinate with management for promotions and marketing activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automobile sales or showroom management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good knowledge of automobiles and market trends
