Key Responsibilities:
- – Lead Vehicle Safety Operators during shifts
- – Oversee daily fleet operations for safety and efficiency
- – Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
- – Monitor and report on shift performance metrics
- – Coordinate training with Quality Assurance team
- – Manage work schedules and task assignments
- – Address operational issues and implement solutions
- – Serve as primary contact for on-road incidents

Qualifications:
- – Full clean Japan driving licence (
- – 2+ years' driving experience in Japan
- – Proven experience as a team coordinator or similar role
- – Strong leadership and communication skills
- – Available to work full-time on-site in Haneda, Tokyo
- – Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office suite
- – Experience with fleet management or automotive operations is preferred but not mandatory
- – Familiarity with safety protocols and compliance standards is preferred but not mandatory
- – Ability to communicate effectively in Japanese and English is preferred but not mandatory
- – 日本での無事故運転免許証保有
- – 日本国内での2年以上の運転経験
- – チームコーディネーターや類似の役割での実績
- – 強力なリーダーシップとコミュニケーション能力
- – 東京・羽田での常勤勤務が可能
- – Google WorkspaceまたはMicrosoft Officeスイートの習熟
- – フリート管理や自動車運営の経験があれば尚可
- – 安全プロトコルおよびコンプライアンス基準の知識があれば尚可
- – 日本語および英語での効果的なコミュニケーション能力があれば尚可
