*Experience: 1-2 years of experience as a Service Engineer/In-charge in 2 wheeler or automobile industry.
-JD:
- Diagnose complex mechanical/electrical issues in vehicles/equipment.
- Supervise repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
- Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and service procedures.
- Conduct final inspection before vehicle/equipment delivery.
- Handle warranty claims and technical documentation.
- Manage daily workshop operations and job allocation.
- Monitor service turnaround time (TAT).
- Ensure availability of required spare parts and coordinate with store department.
- Maintain service records and job cards properly.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service reports.
- Supervise and guide service technicians.
- Provide technical training and mentoring to junior staff.
- Maintain discipline and safety standards in workshop.
- Evaluate technician performance and productivity.
- Interact with customers for technical clarification and complaints.
- Provide cost estimates and explain repair scope.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
