Service Shop Technician Jobs in Shelby, MT at Dick Irvin Inc.
Shop Technicians are responsible for maintaing our fleet of semi trucks, pneumatic trailers, hopper trailers, and dry vans. These duties included preventative maintenance and repairs.
· Perform shop repairs and maintenance with little or no direct supervision.
· Diagnose and evaluate problems with equipment; make repairs using established guidelines.
· Model safe work habits and always abide by all safety policies and procedures.
· Organize, clean, and maintain a safe work area.
· Attending meetings and required training as specified by the supervisor.
· Maintain tools and shop equipment in good working condition and keep clean.
· Exhibit a professional demeanor with drivers, dispatchers, managers, and colleagues.
· Facility maintenance
· Perform other assignments as requested by management.
· Use of tools or specialized equipment to complete maintenance and repairs.
· Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Pay: $15.00 – $25.00 per hour
