Service Manager – Sales & Operations
We are looking for a results-driven Service Manager to lead our service department, drive revenue growth, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing technician performance, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring the team consistently meets operational and sales goals. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Service Manager plays a key role in maximizing productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing service team.
- Manage daily service operations and workflow efficiency.
- Drive revenue growth and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Review invoices, work orders, and job profitability.
- Implement upselling and cross-selling strategies to increase revenue.
- Monitor technician productivity and accountability.
- Maintain inventory levels and operational readiness.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve escalated issues.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Service Management, Operations or Sales.
- Strong understanding of KPIs, revenue management, and team performance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Customer-focused with a proven ability to drive results.
