Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Huntsville, AL, for a Service Manager. The Service Manager will oversee daily operations and customer interactions within the service department, ensuring efficient workflow, high-quality service delivery, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing service technicians, coordinating repair schedules, ensuring compliance with safety and policy standards, and maintaining accurate service records. The role also involves training staff, implementing process improvements, and building lasting relationships with clients to achieve service excellence.

- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience in customer service and resolving client concerns effectively
- Technical knowledge of automotive systems, repair processes, and dealership service operations
- Organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in using service management software and tools
- Prior experience in an automotive service management role is highly desirable
- A valid driver's license and familiarity with North Alabama automotive markets
