Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily workshop operations
- Supervise technicians and service staff to ensure productivity
- Ensure quality control and proper repair standards
- Control warranty claims and documentation.
- Handle customer escalations and maintain satisfaction
- Monitor revenue, performance, and workshop KPIs
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelors / Diploma in Automobile Engineering.
- 4 – 6 years of workshop experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good technical diagnostic ability.
- Knowledge of workshop KPIs and service metrics.
