Job Description / Responsibility
1. Installation and Commissioning
- Perform installation, setup, and commissioning of equipment at customer sites according to specifications and safety standards.
- Ensure all installations meet quality and operational requirements.
2. Maintenance and Repair
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance and timely repair of equipment to minimize downtime.
- Diagnose technical faults and troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
- Coordinate with spare parts teams to ensure availability and replacement of necessary components.
3. Customer Support and Service
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers, addressing queries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Maintain clear communication with customers regarding service status and timelines.
- Train customers on equipment operation and basic troubleshooting as required.
4. Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain accurate service records, including job reports, maintenance logs, and spare parts usage.
- Report recurring issues and suggest improvements to the technical team or management.
- Prepare service reports and submit to the service manager in a timely manner.
5. Compliance and Safety
- Adhere to company safety policies and procedures during all service activities.
- Ensure all work complies with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
6. Continuous Improvement
- Participate in technical training and development programs to enhance skills and product knowledge.
- Provide feedback for product improvements based on field experience.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering
- Diploma in Mechanical
- Diploma in Electrical
- Skills Required: Maintenance and Troubleshooting
Experience Requirements
- At least 8 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile
