Key Responsibilities:

  • Regional Service Leadership & Project Performance:Ensure the high-quality execution of all wind power service projects across Europe, including preventive and predictive maintenance, in line with service contracts.
  • Oversee planning, scheduling, resource allocation, risk prevention, EHS compliance, major problem resolution, and project dispute settlement.
  • Drive ultimate service profit realization while maintaining controllable risk levels.
  • Service Solution Development & Contract Management:Develop competitive regional service solutions tailored to the wind power market.
  • Participate in service contract negotiations and facilitate contract finalization in accordance with corporate LOA (Letter of Authorization) requirements.
  • Ensure contractual compliance and alignment with Goldwind global service standards.
  • Process Optimization & Standardization:Optimize and enhance regional service processes based on global standards.
  • Ensure linkage between regional processes and headquarters’ operational procedures.
  • Regional Service Network & Resource Management:Establish and maintain a regional service network, including localized spare parts supply chain, subcontractor pool, talent development, and failure component detection/repair capabilities.
  • Set and implement regional annual service plans, budgets, and personnel targets.
  • Monitor and control service costs in line with corporate budget indicators.
  • Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key customers.
  • Promote timely tracking, feedback, and resolution of on-site issues to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Safety & Compliance:Lead safety production management for all service operations in the region.
  • Ensure compliance with Goldwind’s Safety Production Responsibility List and local regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Competencies:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the wind power or renewable energy industry.
  • Proven track record managing multi-country service operations in Europe or similar regions.

Professional Skills & Competencies:

  • Deep understanding of wind turbine operations, predictive and preventive maintenance, and technical problem-solving in the wind power sector.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in service P&L management, budgeting, and cost optimization.
  • Expertise in multi-country project planning, risk management, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and customer relationship skills.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of German or other European languages is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical, strategic planning, and decision-making capabilities.
