The Service Campaign Manager plays a pivotal role in the success and optimisation of Tesla’s expanding portfolio of residential and home charging projects. This position serves as the main point of contact for service-related projects responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing after-sales projects. This includes risk management, regulatory-driven initiatives, customer excellence initiatives, and other time-sensitive projects across the EMEA region. The role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, project management, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills to drive project success and alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
A high amount of cross functional collaboration will be required, working closely with Engineering, Technical Support, Sales, Policy, Supply Chain/Logistics, and the Leadership team.
What You'll Do
Lead End-to-End Campaign Execution: Own the planning, rollout, and closure of residential-scale service campaigns, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and full regulatory compliance
Crisis & Risk Management: Identify potential risks (operational, reputational, compliance) and develop mitigation plans. Escalate critical issues promptly to leadership
Regulatory Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies to ensure all reporting, timelines, metrics, and documentation meet legal and compliance requirements
Channel Partner Management: Support internal and external teams to ensure proper implementation of campaign requirements, including training, parts availability, labour planning, and performance tracking
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales, Engineering, Field Operations, Legal, and HQ teams to resolve blockers, manage dependencies, and maintain momentum across parallel initiatives
Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track KPIs (e.g., completion rate, turnaround time, compliance adherence), generate regional dashboards, and provide regular updates to leadership and central PMO
Process Improvement: Standardise campaign management practices across all regions, build scalable tools/templates, and contribute to long-term operational readiness for future campaigns
Customer Excellence: Drive service efficiency, energy product fleet health, improve uptime & availability, minimise cost to service, and improve service quality
What You'll Bring
3+ years of experience in campaign/project management, operations management, or regulatory compliance roles (ideally in energy, automotive, consumer goods, or similar regulated industry)
Energy experience preferred – intimate knowledge of energy and renewable markets, including current technologies, regulations, and trends
Proven track record managing large-scale, high-risk, cross-functional programmes involving regulatory stakeholders
Strong experience working with supply chain, logistics, and international partners/distributors
Deep understanding of regulatory reporting, metrics, and compliance requirements
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills, able to drive performance whilst preserving long-term partnerships
Strong project management skills (planning, risk management, issue resolution, reporting)
Strong leadership abilities to inspire and influence action with internal and external stakeholders
High degree of organisational agility and ability to handle ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities
Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) at all levels, including executive and regulatory audiences
Proficiency in service agreements, legal contracts, negotiations, and financial metrics analysis
