Qualifications
- Strong customer-oriented mindset, with skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer-focused Service, and Customer Service.
- Excellent interpersonal and Communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information in clear, simple terms.
- Experience or interest in Aftersales operations, including coordinating service jobs and supporting workshop activities.
- Previous experience in automotive service, dealership, or related technical environment is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Batu Caves on a full-time basis and manage multiple customer requests in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes; formal automotive or technical qualifications are a plus.
- Proficiency in using service management systems and basic office software for documentation and reporting.
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Automotive, Mechanical, Business, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may also be considered.
