Our Service Department is the heartbeat of that promise—and we’re looking for a professional, customer-focused Service Advisor to help us keep it running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the service process
- Accurately document customer concerns and vehicle issues
- Provide clear explanations of recommended services and repair timelines
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery
- Maintain communication with customers throughout the repair process
- Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in automotive service or customer service preferred
- Working knowledge of vehicle systems and dealership operations a plus
- Professional demeanor and a commitment to excellence
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Compensation
$55,000 – $100,000 a year. This position’s pay is largely performance based. If you pursue this career with excellence, you will absolutely be rewarded for it.
