Job Responsibilities
**** Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
* Drive the sale of technicians’ time to meet the department’s goals
* Prioritize recommended services and present options clearly
* Keep customers informed on repair timelines, costs, and updates
* Maintain consistent communication between customers and technicians
* Deliver a positive, seamless dealership experience from start to finish

*** Service Advisor Qualifications
**** 1-3 years of automotive service advising experience
* Experience in CDK is strongly preferred
* A strong work ethic and good work history
* Communication Skills
* Corporate requirements:
Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
