Role Description
This full-time, on-site role for a Service Advisor is based in Crystal Lake, IL. The Service Advisor will serve as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent customer service experiences. Responsibilities include coordinating vehicle maintenance and repair services, consulting with customers about their vehicle needs, providing accurate cost and time estimates, and liaising between customers and the service team to ensure satisfaction. Maintaining a customer-focused approach and delivering high-quality service are key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer-focused Service, and Customer Service
- Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Experience or knowledge in Aftersales and automotive service processes
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail
- Familiarity with automotive systems and services is a plus
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and deliver under deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in automotive services or customer relations are an advantage
