We are looking for a customer-oriented and technically skilled Service Advisor to join our dynamic automotive team. If you have a background in Mechanical Engineering, a passion for cars, and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers, listen to their vehicle concerns, and accurately diagnose initial mechanical issues.
• Translate customer descriptions into clear, detailed work orders for the technicians.
• Provide accurate cost estimates, repair timelines, and detailed explanations of required services to clients.
• Follow up on the progress of vehicle repairs and ensure quality control before delivery.
• Maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Automotive specialization is a plus).
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience within the automotive service industry (dealership or reputable center).
• Skills:
• Strong technical understanding of vehicle mechanics and diagnostics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in MS Office and automotive management software is preferred.
