Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position as a Senior Spare Parts Department Manager located in the Cork City Area. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations of the spare parts department, managing inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels, and fostering strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include coordinating with the service team, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing budgets, and implementing best practices for process efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Inventory Management and Inventory Control
- Proficiency in Service Parts management and processes
- Experience in Customer Service and a commitment to Customer Satisfaction
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams, with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and spare parts systems is preferred
- Familiarity with relevant software systems and tools is an advantage
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment in Cork
- Remuneration package dependent of experience
