Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual vehicle sales targets.
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate customers.
- Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and necessary documentation.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and after-sales teams to ensure smooth customer service.
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular performance reports.
- Support promotional campaigns, events, and showroom activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automobile sales, preferably in the 4-wheeler industry.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Good knowledge of customer relationship management and sales processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Valid driving license will be an added advantage.
