An exciting opportunity to join our client's team at a well-established automotive service provider in Romania. We are looking for a Senior Sales Commercial Vehicles (B2B) to join this organization.
Responsibilities
- Understand client operations and translate needs into vehicle solutions
- Develop and maintain long-term partnerships
- Manage RFQs and private tenders
- Utilize CRM systems for client management
- Focus on retention and recurring sales
- Represent the client as a strategic business partner
- Collaborate with fleet managers and financial directors
- Ensure professional execution and delivery
- Negotiate effectively with integrity
- Maintain autonomy and professional discipline
Requirements
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in B2B sales related to commercial vehicles, fleets, leasing, or complex solutions
- Proven experience working with entrepreneurs, fleet managers, and operational or financial directors
- Strong track record in recurring sales and long-term client relationship development
- Solid knowledge of commercial vehicles, configurations, and use cases
- Strong understanding of TCO (Total Cost of Ownership)
- Experience with B2B financing, including financial leasing and operational leasing
- Familiarity with RFQs, private tenders, and CRM systems
- Consultative and solution-oriented sales approach
- High level of autonomy and professional discipline
- Balanced and effective negotiation skills
