Responsibilities
1. Responsible for leading mechanical maintenance and repair work, diagnosing complex mechanical issues, and supervising junior mechanics to ensure equipment and vehicles operate safely and efficiently.
2. Know how to repair heavy equipment and Asphalt bathing plant
3. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
4. Supervise and train junior mechanics and technicians
5. Check and inspection heavy equipment after repair
6. Plan maintenance schedules and prioritize repair tasks
7. Maintain tools, equipment, and workshop cleanliness
8. Prepare maintenance reports and service records
9. Coordinate with operations and spare-parts teams
10. Ensure compliance with safety regulations

Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Mechanic Engineer or related field.
– Minimum 3 years of Mechanic Engineer for Manager level
– Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
– High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity.
– Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
– Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
