About role:
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Professional to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive business growth and brand awareness. The role includes managing campaigns, analyzing market trends, tracking KPIs, and supporting lead generation activities. Strong digital marketing, analytics, and team collaboration skills are required.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to support sales and service growth
- Plan and manage campaigns with clear KPIs and performance tracking
- Conduct market research and analyze customer behavior and trends
- Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to management
- Coordinate brand marketing activities across teams
- Track and manage leads generated from marketing campaigns in ERP
- Lead and develop the marketing team to improve performance
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of marketing experience of senior level
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and campaign management
- Experience with Google Analytics, Ads, and marketing automation tools
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Advanced English proficiency
