As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, onsite at our Huntsville Powertrain Plant, you’ll help drive operational excellence by improving processes, supporting new product launches, and solving complex manufacturing challenges. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, influence key production decisions, and play an important role in delivering high-quality products efficiently and safely.
This is a 2nd shift position (Monday–Thursday, 7:00 PM–6:30 AM) supporting a fast-paced manufacturing environment where innovation and continuous improvement are valued.

In this role, you’ll develop, implement, and improve manufacturing methods, processes, and operational sequences for parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies. You’ll partner with Design Engineering to support new product introductions and ensure a smooth transition from concept to production.
Experience machining CGI, steel, and cast iron, along with knowledge of cutting tool design and tooling setup and management, is highly desired.
We’re looking for candidates who have a bachelor’s degree and at least one year of product manufacturing experience, a master’s degree with no prior experience required, or at least three years of product manufacturing experience.
