Amaara Botanicals Pvt. Ltd., we believe the future of wellness lies in science-backed nutraceuticals inspired by Ayurveda. As we continue to expand our product portfolio, we are looking for a Senior Manager – New Product Development (NPD) to lead the creation of our next generation of products.
This is not just another R&D role.
We are seeking someone who can own the entire product journey — from concept to formulation, trials, scale-up, regulatory alignment, and successful market launch.
Someone who thrives on solving formulation challenges, building commercially viable products, and turning innovation into reality.
🔬 What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end product development across capsules, tablets, powders, liquids, and more
- Develop innovative, science-backed nutraceutical formulations aligned with global standards
- Manage lab trials, pilot batches, and commercial scale-ups
- Collaborate closely with QA, Production, Regulatory, and Procurement teams
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI and export requirements
👤 Who You Are
- 6+ years of experience in nutraceutical/supplement product development
- Strong formulation expertise with hands-on development experience
- Ability to independently drive multiple projects end-to-end
- A mindset rooted in ownership, curiosity, and execution excellence
📍 Location: Sector-6, IMT Manesar, Gurgaon
