Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance & Admin Officer to join our team. This role combines financial management with office administration to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

Financial Management & Accounting:

  • Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including cash handling and payments.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile accounts.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Monitor cash flow, track expenses, and support cost-saving initiatives.
  • Ensure timely invoicing, collections, and payment follow-ups.
  • Prepare financial documents for tax submissions and coordinate with auditors.
  • Process payroll, employee benefits, and reimbursements accurately and confidentially.
  • Liaise with banks, government authorities, auditors, and service providers as required.

Office Administration & Operations:

  • Support day-to-day office administration, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing files.
  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems for easy information access.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained office environment.
  • Support staff activities, team-building events, and other office initiatives.
  • Liaise with suppliers and assist in client contract renewals.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in finance, accounting, or office administration.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in using Odoo system.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with integrity.

Required Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance and administration.
  • Knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and relevant labor laws.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle confidential financial and administrative information.
