Job Description:
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support including customer presentation.
- Understand customer requirements, and deliver technical presentations, reports, documents and technology demonstrations.
- Develop Automotive SW customization
- Support customer product development and design.
- Support customer issue analysis and resolution.
- On-site support for debug or certification test.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Realtek internal resources.
Qualifications:
- M.S. in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of progressive professional technical experience in IC design or related areas, direct experience in IC design house AE/FAE is preferred.
- Strong software development experience; automotive software experience (e.g., AUTOSAR) is a plus.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills; able to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer presentation skills (including preparation of presentation materials).
- Fluent English required for customer-facing communication.
- Fluent Mandarin required for cross-regional collaboration with stakeholders/teams.
- Familiarity with Ethernet protocols is a plus.
- Familiarity with the automotive ecosystem is a plus.
- Experience of Linux system is a plus.
- Team leadership/people management experience is a plus.
