Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a professional automotive or diesel technician.
Expertise: Deep knowledge of diagnostics, engine repair, and electrical systems (Ford/Diesel experience preferred).
Toolbox: Must own a comprehensive set of professional tools.
Requirements: Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
What You’ll Do
Advanced Diagnostics: Tackle complex repairs on Ford’s commercial lineup (Super Duty, Transit, and Medium Duty).
Quality Control: Maintain high "Fix It Right The First Time" standards in our 45-bay shop.
Ongoing Training: Stay ahead of the curve with Ford factory training and EV certifications.
Mentorship: Use your 5+ years of experience to help maintain our culture of knowledge sharing and technical excellence.
