About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our channel management and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in store operations, channel construction, and cross-functional leadership within the automotive industry.
Education & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Overall Experience: 10+ years of professional experience in channel management and marketing.
- Industry Background: Strong preference for candidates with 10+ years in store sales, store management, and channel construction.
- Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of the automotive industry, marketing management principles, and channel strategy.
Key Competencies & Skills
- Communication & Agility: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively and respond rapidly to emergencies.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-department and cross-team collaborations, coordinating diverse resources to maximize business value.
- Language Skills: Excellent written and oral English skills; fluency is required as English will be the primary working language.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
