This is a focused new-business role for a driven, self-motivated salesperson who loves winning new clients. The job is simple to describe and hard to do well: generate your own pipeline and close deals. You'll have real ownership and autonomy from day one — a strong product, a clear target, and uncapped earning potential for someone who delivers.

You'll sell directly to HR and Finance leaders at companies across Thailand, running your territory like it's your own business. If you're motivated by closing deals, strong rewards for performance, and being someone your team can rely on to deliver — this is for you.

What you'll do

  • Drive new business: generate the majority of your own pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events
  • Own your target: own and exceed a personal revenue target — you're accountable for the new business you bring in
  • Run the full cycle: lead deals end-to-end — discovery, tailored product demos, proposals, negotiation, and close — with HR and Finance decision-makers at SMEs and corporates
  • Sell with skill: run strong discovery meetings — understand the customer's real needs, win an internal champion, and qualify carefully so you focus on deals that close
  • Own your territory: run your territory like an owner, with the option to specialise by geography or industry
  • Stay disciplined: keep your pipeline current in the CRM and forecast honestly — discipline is what keeps strong salespeople performing consistently
  • Feed the engine: share what you hear in the market with product and marketing to sharpen our value proposition and go-to-market

What we're looking for

  • New-business track record: 5+ years in B2B sales with a strong record of winning new business, and clear evidence you've built your own pipeline from scratch
  • Results: consistently over-achieved against target — and can prove it with specific numbers
  • Right background: sells confidently to HR and C-level buyers; ideally from HR tech, payroll, SaaS, fintech, or employee benefits — or with strong experience selling into manufacturing and automotive employers
  • Drive: driven, self-motivated, and resilient — at your best when given ownership and autonomy in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Sales craft: strong at discovery and qualification — you read the customer's real needs quickly and hold your own with senior executives
  • Operational rigour: disciplined with CRM and pipeline management; you forecast honestly and are comfortable working with sales data
  • Language: native fluency in Thai with working English
  • Market knowledge (bonus): familiarity with the Thai labour market, HR processes, and the employee benefits landscape
  • Network (bonus): existing employer relationships from prior experience or your personal network are highly preferred
