Title: Senior Automobile Engineer for JANANI AUTOMOBILES

Responsibilities

Lead diagnostic, repair, and maintenance operations for automobiles, ensuring high service quality.
Supervise junior engineers and technicians, providing technical guidance and training.
Oversee workshop workflow, safety standards, and compliance with BRTA regulations.
Collaborate with management to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on modern automotive technologies including EVs, Hybrid Systems, and Advanced Diagnostics.
Provide specialized expertise in servicing and repairing Toyota, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Lexus, Mazda, Proton, and Suzuki vehicles (Hybrid, Non-Hybrid & Electric Vehicles).
Deliver professional expertise in CNG & LPG conversion, installation, and maintenance for automobiles.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering (recognized by BTEB or an equivalent institution).
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in automobile service workshops.
Strong expertise in engine systems, transmission, suspension, and automotive electronics.
Proven experience in servicing and repairing Toyota, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Lexus, Mazda, Proton, and Suzuki vehicles (Hybrid, Non-Hybrid & Electric Vehicles).
Hands-on experience in CNG & LPG conversion systems.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Bengali.
