Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Winnipeg, MB, for an enthusiastic and results-driven Salesperson. The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their vehicle needs, and guiding them through the sales process. Additional responsibilities include generating leads, demonstrating vehicle features, conducting test drives, and achieving sales targets. The role requires a focus on delivering excellent customer service and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure continued satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with customers.
- Product knowledge related to vehicles, with a willingness to learn about the automotive industry.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize customer needs effectively.
- Proficiency in using computers and dealership management systems is an asset.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Previous sales experience, particularly in automotive sales, is preferred but not required.
