Role Description
The Salesperson will play a key role in driving vehicle sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include welcoming and engaging with customers, understanding their needs, presenting vehicle options, conducting test drives, and closing sales effectively. The Salesperson will also manage customer follow-ups, build strong client relationships, and stay informed about current product offerings to provide expert advice. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kaválla.
Qualifications
- Sales skills, including customer engagement, lead generation, and closing deals
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Basic knowledge of the automotive industry, with familiarity with various car models and features being a plus
- Time management and organizational skills to balance multiple customer interactions efficiently
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Valid driver’s license and ability to conduct test drives
- Previous experience in sales or a customer-facing role is an advantage
