About the Role:

Autorun is hiring a high-performing Sales Supervisor / Team Leader to lead our iCAUR sales team in Dubai. This role is responsible for driving showroom and digital lead conversion, coaching the team to consistently exceed targets, and ensuring a premium customer experience from enquiry to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Sales Executives to achieve monthly and quarterly unit, revenue, gross profit.
  • Own daily sales execution: lead allocation, follow-up cadence, showroom coverage, customer appointments, test drives, negotiation support, and closing.
  • Manage and improve lead-to-sale conversion across walk-ins, digital enquiries, call-ins, and referral channels.
  • Ensure excellent CRM discipline: accurate pipeline stages, forecasting, response time SLAs, and data quality.
  • Conduct regular 1:1s and performance reviews; implement improvement plans for underperformance.
  • Ensure smooth coordination with F&I, admin/registration, and aftersales to deliver a seamless customer journey.
  • Support escalations, manage complex negotiations, and handle key customer cases when required.
  • Monitor and report team performance (daily/weekly/monthly) lead response, appointments, test drives, closing ratio, cancellations, and delivery metrics.
  • Maintain showroom standards, product knowledge, competitor awareness, and adherence to pricing/discount approvals.
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new Sales Executives.

Requirements:

  • 4–8 years of automotive sales experience, with 2–3 years in a supervisory/team leader role dealership background is a must).
  • Proven ability to deliver targets through strong coaching and sales process execution.
  • Strong knowledge of the UAE automotive market and customer expectations.
  • Confident in objection handling, negotiation, and deal structuring (including trade-in support).
  • Experienced with CRM systems and performance reporting.
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Presentable, customer-centric, and able to lead by example on the showroom floor.
  • UAE driving license is a must.
